Individual therapy

 


 

Below is a detailed application form if you are interested in individual therapy. After filling out this form, you will receive an email where you can book directly for your free 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs.

 

** Free consultations are offered on Monday's between 1pm-3pm, Wednesday's between 8:30am-10am, and Saturday's from 12-1pm **

 

If you are unable to make one of these times, please let us know by stating 2-3 other day or time preferences and we will see what we can do to accomodate. 

 

Answering these questions saves us lots of time in your consultation and will greatly assist in the process of understanding what you need from therapy. This will help you to progress much more quickly and enable us to help you achieve success.

 

All your answers will be kept confidential.
